I love these, I wish there were more flavors of instant green tea. These are a great price for 24 sticks, I get these regularly. Just be careful with the caffeine content, according to the 4C website they contain 120mg of caffeine per packet and each packet makes 2 cups of green tea.

Great portable green tea option
I love this green tea!!! And for those of you that are curious about the caffeine content in these specific ones it is 17mg per packet, I posted a picture from the website to help you out! If you’re looking for more caffeine, a bit more of a boost, then try the 4C Energy Rush Sticks also available in the green tea.
