If you want to cook Caribbean food, this needs to be in your pantry. This little packet will season your foods to perfection. We add it to directly in our rice cooker for our yellow rice, to all beans, whether kidney, black or pinto, and to any stews. Chicken or beef. If I only had a choice of two seasonings in my kitchen. Sazón Goya and a jar of sofrito would be the two I choose hands down. We have at least 3 boxes at all times.
