Excellent product. Relieved pain for eight hours along with swelling. I highly recommend this product. Although I can no longer use these now because I just found out i have severe kidney disease. I still buy them for my daughter to relieve her cramps and my husbands hip pain. They will not take anything but these . 10 stars if i could

Better for Me Than Opioids
This helped me so much after I had hip replacement surgery. It helped me as much as the heavy duty prescription pain medications, if not more, and the Advil Dual did not have the “woosie” side effects the prescriptions had. This is much more effective than taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen separately.
There are two caveats, however.
1. Make sure you take these with food.
2. Be aware the ibuprofen can be hard on your kidneys, so limit as much as possible to alleviate pain.

Combines pain and inflammation reduction
Never tried this before, but found it helpful since my pain is related to joint inflammation. The dual action reduces inflammation/pain via Advil, and reduces fever/pain via Tylenol .
However, I find Naproxen Sodium (Aleve) more effective in reducing inflammation so may go back to just combining that with extra strength Tylenol.

Best Pain relief
first time using this product and the convenience of the two ingredients together is a game changer. had a tooth pulled they wanted me to alternate the two but this product has both great idea ????????

One thing I can use that helps!
Advil work wonders for me. I have arthritis in my hands and hip, it keeps me going through the days I take them. I am on dialysis so I only take them every other day. Thank you Walmart for carrying Advil Dual Action Pain Relievers, GOOD JOB!

Saving my sanity
I’ve been having some tooth pain and haven’t been able to get to the dentist. This has been the only thing that has helped me. I went from taking 1200 mg of one medication every 4 hours with no relief to taking 2 of these and no pain.

Triple ankle fracture

It’s start working quickly! This will stop your pain in it’s tracks. Make sure to read the instructions; if this will be your first use. It doesn’t mix with some meds, you may already be taking. I only need one, that’s how well it works!
