Great absorption, I personally use the pad backwards and it provides full coverage front to back spils. I use them as urin pads as well they work wonderful.

I think I found my new brand. Honestly, i love cotton pads because with the plastic ones i feel gross. I feel like I smell like a meat market ( carniceria ) ???? but MAN. These are good. Theyre not super thick.

Wish there were more per pack, however. They’re better if you have more sensitive skin. I’ve seen less breakouts with this than the regular kind.

Worthwhile light duty pads!
I was impressed with the adhesive ability, but I did have to use 2 at times for evening. Definitely cotton covered, no allergic reactions.

Two suggestions:
1. I wish the inner absorbant (flexfoam) part of the pad could be extended, just slightly closer to where the wings are; there have been times where I went to change the pad and I almost bled out on the sides (the wing sections). :-/
2. I also wish there would be some addtnl research and product testing into whether the flexfoam amt should be redistributed within the pad, with more of a gradual application effect – for ex, the thinnest part of the foam is applied on the edges and then is gradually thickened to where its “thickest” in a long strip section of sorts down the middle. Idt there needs to be a huge increase in added product here either, to be clear (*maybe just a little added, if anything). I think this redesign could also help with the other issue I have – which is that no matter how many times I adjust where I place the pad, the majority of my flow seems to always collect in the upper 1/2 or 2/3 portion of the pad (so I feel there’s a lot of wasted product/pad at the bottom that I’m throwing away every time). FYI: I move around a lot when I sleep, so the longer pads are imperative for me (esp on my heavier flow days).
Other than these issues above – I love these pads!! The cotton part is a non-negotiable for me, as I have very sensitive skin and have had problems with wearing MANY other pads in the past (but not these!). This is truly one of the most comfortable, “breathable”, lightweight pads I’ve ever worn.
