Totally recommend for those heavier days.
This is the brand I tend to get when it’s time for the heavier days of periods. Leaks are super rare, problem comes when it’s a bit of a heavy one compared to usual. The length is great for any time of day, the thinness makes it so it doesn’t bother me too much.

You Have GOT TO Try These!!!
You have GOT to try these, they are SO LUXURIOUS! I don’t use them, but I use these %26 the daytime Always pads (size 3, not size 5, like with these overnight pads) in my mom’s disposable undergarments and they’re really the chiz nit! So soft and light, and if mom should spring a leak during the night due to sleepin’ just a little too good, then there’s no mess either on her, or in the bed, because between the three pads that I put inside of the disposable undergarment and the diaper itself, there’s no mess, and therefore, no shame in mom’s having a little accident. Yes, we throw the whole undergarment away. But, it helps mom with getting through the night, getting a good night’s rest and they are so soft, light, and comfortable, like you’re only wearing a pair of cotton underwear. Perfect answer to mom’s not having to worry about getting older. :0) Happy Happy, Joy Joy!!!

Great for heavy periods, long to feel like you have protection for the front and back so you don’t have to worry about leakage, especially in the night, but these are thin enough that I use them in the daytime too, and are the only things I really use on my periods anymore ????

Only kind we use!
The only pads myself and our two girls use. They don’t leak, hold a lot, and stay in place. They are also big without being thick. Make sure they are the ultra thin pads! They entire bottom and the wings have adhesive on them, so they stick really well!

I was pleasantly surprised by this pad. The first days of my period are extremely heavy, and this pad held its contents without leaks. The size helped to cover the surface of the panties and they did what was advertised sans leaks. I do place the larger side in front and the smaller side toward the back just because of my sway-back shape, but I was happy that I had fewer leaks than normal with this pad.

you can never go wrong with these. i have heavy menstrual cycles and these helped a bunch at night and during work. Although they are very bulky and can be seen being worn if wearing tight pants like leggings and yoga pants. Definitely recommend to wear jeans instead
