Can’t do without them!
I started eating sandwich thins about 2.5 years ago and my results are uncanny to say the least. I simply replaced all my bread with sandwich thins and I’ve actually lost weight. I’ve also lowered my carbs and some calories too but not a lot just somewhat. My weight loss journey has been a battle for years but I can finally say I can eat bread without guilt because of sandwich thins. I have about 30 more pounds to go and I can say I’ve lost more weight(total) than what I actually weigh. Thank you Arnold bread makers!! I can still eat bread and still remain healthy.

My husband didn’t share
I like the sturdiness of this bread for thicker meat slices. Also like it with cream cheese. It’s an extra large container of bread, compared to the one at the grocery store. There should be enough to share. But my husband ate it all.
