Okay, I was not paid or anything for this review. But I bought this as a healthier option for me and my kids. My kids LOVE this! They attacked this pasta more than they usually do with traditional spaghetti noodles. I will definitely be reordering these soon!

I found this brand when the store was out of every other one and glad I did. I do not like the other ones, rice based mostly because they just turn into mush. This brand of all the ones I have tried holds it shape as the gluten versions. Only issue with others I wanted to purchase is that I would never need 12 boxes of anything and that is the only way they can be purchased. No idea why they don’t offer spaghetti, angel hair in boxes of 6 as the others. Sadly I usually have to purchase them here online since neither store rarely have them.

First of all I received my order VERY quickly. Nicely done.
I absolutely love this pasta. I’m on an eating plan for weight loss that involves balancing protein and carbs. One of the things I’ve stayed away from is pasta – which, as an Italian, is very difficult. So I was thrilled to find Banza.
I’ve tried the Cavatappi so far. One 2.5 oz serving with 4oz chicken and 1/2 c tomato sauce had about equal protein and carbs. But more importantly – it was both filling and delicious! Thank you so much for this product!

A little misleading
I have tried this brand before and love it!
However, this box is only half full. I weighed it, and it is in fact, 8.6 oz with the box but it just does not seem like a lot of noodles for the price/box size. I understand that the price is going to be a little higher than regular noodles, but the photo even shows a full box of noodles and it certainly is not.
Chickpea noodles so far are the closest to regular noodles! Love the brand but a little disappointed in the marketing
