I love this tortellini. It’s good enough to eat plain with a little butter and seasoning. I prefer to make it with Rao alfredo sauce and shredded rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. It’s an easy quick dinner but still delicious. I eat this weekly and never get tired of it. It’s great with spaghetti sauce and shredded cheese on top with a side of garlic bread. So many possibilities! I just love it ok? Highly recommend!

Perfect Tortellini Past Whenever You Want It
The Barilla Collezione Three Cheese Pasta and the Cheese and Spinach Pasta are great to have on hand in your kitchen. They’re dry so they just stay on a shelf until you need them, which only having two people to cook for is great. Whenever you want them for dinner, take one or two handfuls out wrap the package back up and put it back in your cupboard with no spoilage of the rest of the package. I’ve made all kinds of pasta salads with them, have taken them to parties, where I had to leave the bowl because they weren’t done with the pasta salad before I left LOL. I’ve also made different kinds of Italian soups with them Pesto Bean Tortellini Soup, Italian Sausage Soup, Tomato Tortellini Soup, Chicken and Spinach Tortellini Soup, and can also be used for Shrimp Tortellini Pasta Toss Recipes. The options are endless.

Delicious and good texture—qualities non-existent in other mass-produced brands I’ve purchased. Sometimes enjoy this with just butter or a fruity olive oil and salt. It’s THAT good even without sauces or in soups although it’s excellent there, too. It keeps in the pantry for a long time, and in the freezer after cooking (which is a quick process). I never run out! Highly recommend.

The best packaged tortellini
This is the BEST tasting tortellini that isn’t homemade. It is my go-to for a quick and delicious meal.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. Just pop in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and there you go. I just add olive oil, a dash of salt and I am happy.

For being dry pasta, as opposed to being fresh and refrigerated, this tortellini has a lot of flavor! Cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook. Longer shelf life because it’s dry pasta. Quite delicious with pasta sauce or dressing. Only con is the price is a little high for the quantity.

Surprisingly Good
I love Barilla pasta, but had my doubts about the cheese filling in a dried product. Turned out to be really good! Package made more than I expected once cooked. Plan on a very light sauce with this as the pasta is heavy (compared to other varieties/shapes) and cheese filling gives it a richness.
