Light, fluffy and oh so very tasty!
I just bought this mix for the first time because the brand I usually buy was out of stock and oh am I glad I did. I like to make six large muffins with these mixes and with this one the muffins turned out more light and fluffy and not nearly as sugary as the other brand. If you want to make six large muffins bake for about 25 minutes at 400. This was using paper baking cups so I don’t know if anything would be slightly different if using a greased muffin tin rather than the paper baking cups. I will definitely be buying this mix from now on.

This is my favorite Betty Crocker muffin mix. Must be other people’s favorite also as it is frequently out of stock. Bought 4 boxes and they were delivered from another store than my usual puckup location.

So easy to make!
I like to add 1/4 cup applesauce and and some raisins to this mix, plus a pinch of baking soda so the cake won’t get too dense with the extra ingredients. It’s so easy to whip this together and it’s delicious for dessert, or breakfast, or both!
