Great mashed potatoes fast and easy!
I love mashed potatoes, but I have difficulty peeling and cutting up the potatoes due to arthritic hands. We eat Bob Evans several times weekly, and I actually like them better the the ones I sometimes make for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I highly recommend.

Delicious and oh so easy
Taste is wonderful and makes meal time easier. I keep this in my fridge and freezer because its a nice addition to meals I make for my mom and I. Preparing my protein is the most time consuming but while its cooking I microwave some of these and a vegetable or 2 and our meal is fast and nutritious! Highly recommend.
