Great flavor!
I recently bought a 10ct box of this shake mix in preparation oral surgery. Having been through a similar surgery before, I know I won’t be able to eat anything that requires chewing for a bit, and I hoped this would be a tasty way to get some protein.
When I was younger, I enjoyed Slim Fast shakes (not for weight loss, just because they tasted good) made with milk and ice in the blender, so I decided to make one of these the same way — and it was great! I’m honestly looking forward to having one or two of these every day, and I may just keep them as part of my diet even after I’m all healed up and able to eat more solid food again.

I mix one packet of this powder with 8oz of 2% Lactaid Milk, a small scoop of collagen peptides, and several ice cubes. Using my Ninja Nutra-Blender, I blend it until it’s the consistency I like and it’s perfect for my morning drink.
**Tip** Before blending, shake the container so the ice cubes scrape the powder from the sides.

Perfect for picky eaters

Not all stores I live near have this product, so why not order on line? So handy and easy to do. My husband was referred by one of his doctors to take this while he was having chemo and raditation to keep nutrition up. But we will keep it around all the time!!

Tasty and creamy.

I used a blender bottle to mix the powder with milk and it works perfectly. Packaging was easy to open, as someone with arthritis that is very important to me. My son really likes these breakfast shakes as well. Looks like I will be buying them in the future.
