I work the midnight shift at a local hospital. I have trouble sleeping only on the days that I work. Even though I have been on this shift for going on 5+ years now, I still have trouble sleeping during the day. About 6 months ago I discovered this product and it has helped immensely. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with trouble sleeping and it also has a great flavor, which is a REAL bonus!!!!

It’s a perfect mix! No steeping required. I just added a tablespoon of honey 💜. Using the tea bags was hard to get the mix right.

Nice for something warm at night.
I love relaxing with this tea at night. It takes the cool off my body. Not sure if it really helps me sleep or not, not it does relax me with the taste and warmth.
