LOVE IT, been drinking it for decades.
I have been using this for decades. Happy with the large box! Love this product for relaxing, OR calming an over-active gut. It helps my allergies, rhinitis and asthma to inhale the steam AFTER it cools a bit, too. Have to be careful. You can burn your lungs. It opens them up and soothes them with colds and flu too. I love it because my nose tends to swell shut overnight and it soothes my overactive gut. Make sure you check with your doctor. It can react with some medications!

Good product for natural relaxation
Works for me!! Wife also. If you have zillions of things racing through your mind when you want to rest , this works for me when nothing else does – things I would be willing to try, anyway. I cannot compare it to pharmaceuticals because I have no experience with them but that is drugs and this is herbal tea. The distinction should be obvious.

I have a cup every evening it helps me to feel relaxed, it is healthier than an alcoholic drink that I might use to take the edge off. Also, the taste is great!

Best Tea I’ve ever had!
I do not like tea, BUT this tea is amazing! The taste is good, even for someone who does not like tea. I bought it for the sleepy effects and those are working great. I’ve drank this tea for the last three nights in a row and I have had the best three nights of sleep ever. If you want to knock out, drink this tea.

Very calming before bedtime
I bought the 4 pkgs of 40 each. Walmart has the best price I could find. I drink 1 cup about an hour before bed every night to help me relax. I like the valerian root and it does seem to calm me. This particular blend is my favorite.
