The Gift of Clif
In live in New York City, and I see a lot of homeless people every day. I used to give out money, but that didn’t always feel right. Then I’d buy people sandwiches from time to time – that didn’t always go well either. Now I give out Clif bars, and it’s the sweet spot. It’s hearty, delicious, a bit of a treat, super easy to carry around, and I often see it pick people up in the middle of a tough day. So I’m really glad to have them as an easy gift to give. Fresher Than What You Buy in Grocery Stores
I have a Clif Bar as part of my breakfast routine. They offer good motivation to do things. I buy them online because I have found that the online Clif Bars are fresher than Clif Bars I have bought at grocery stores.

Not my favorite but gets the job done
bought this flavor (in addition to two other flavors) bc i’m a sucker for free shipping and they were out of the coconut chocolate chip flavor. i like them, the rest of the family says it tastes too much like a protein bar. which, to be fair, it is, but they don’t feel that way about the other flavors, blueberry and oatmeal raisin.

Two words: Cardiac Rehabilitation
I spent many years on bicycles with a clif bar in my back pocket, now I spend most of my time in Cardiac Rehab, being my heart and I have a disagreement, one I may lose, but I will give it a descent fight, I have a problem with blood sugars being too low before I exercise, in comes clif bars Chocolate brownie of course, now I must admit a whole clif bar raises my sugars to a new high but after an hour at rehab, my numbers are near perfect, best thing I have found so far to keep myself in check.

i carry the chocolate brownie bars and oatmeal bars
i carry 2 or 3 bars with me on long rides. they are a good size and easy to eat (not dry) and they TASTE good. they are a little hard to open when moving (need to precut a little to make it easier) I don’t leave home without them.
