cliff bars
Ever since first discovering these, I’ve been a fan of the cliff bar for a number of reasons. I like the taste, nutrition, packaging and portability, they keep well and are very convenient for on the go lifestyles. My favorites are the peanut butter and the chocolate brownie. If I haven’t baked any of my own, these come in handy.

Delicious & Nutritious
The Crunchy Peanut Butter bars are my favorite. I use them as a meal replacement on busy days because they are quite filling. High calorie and good protein count so I have to consider this over my day. I feel they are worth the treat.

Clif Bar has been my go-to bar for dashboard dining and travel for many years. I always keep a couple bars handy for my personal “food security” purposes (and to give to street people asking for assistance). Great Bars for Cycling
I use Clif Bars as my go-to nutrition for road cycling. There are many great flavors (my favorite is Crunchy Peanut Butter), and the texture is good. The bars are soft and moist enough that they are easy to eat on the go, but dry enough that they don’t get melted or weird in my jersey pockets during a long ride on a hot day. I do avoid the bars with frosting for this reason, but that makes Crunchy Peanut Butter a perfect fit.
