Fantastic toothbrush!
I’m glad this had a Walmart cash offer, because I wouldn’t have tried it out at $5. Now that I have tried it out, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay $5 for it. I have a lot of sensory issues, and sensitive teeth and gums, and this is the first brush I’ve ever used that didn’t hurt or make me gag. It says it’s foaming, but with the children’s toothpaste I use, it didn’t foam at all. That’s a huge plus for me! One of the biggest problems I have with brushing my teeth is that the foam makes me gag. The bristles were gentle on my gums, but got all around my teeth and made them feel really clean. Also, the handle is thick and sturdy–best handle design I’ve seen on a toothbrush. I’m sold! I will only use these brushes from now on!

this toothbrush is really nice. it honestly feels so good to brush with it. my mouth feels clean. it was way too expensive, but with the coupon it was affordable.

Good toothbrush with a twist
Okay, so this Colgate Total Active Foaming Toothbrush is a little unusual, but in a good way! First off, the head is smaller, which is perfect because I really want to get to those hard-to-reach places inside your mouth. The manufacturer mentions that it helps your toothpaste foam up better, but honestly, I always get tons of foam anyway, even with just a tiny bit of toothpaste.
The brush itself feels a bit denser than usual, but it’s not hard or scratchy at all. It actually feels quite nice. One of the cool things is that the bristles in the center are shorter than the ones on the outside. Apparently, this is supposed to help clean the flat parts of your teeth better. It’s definitely different from a regular toothbrush, but not drastically so. It just feels…slightly different. The toothbrush does a good job cleaning, I’m sold! It feels good to use, and maybe my dentist will even notice a difference at my next checkup. Fingers crossed!
Oh, and just a friendly reminder from the instructions: even though this brush is designed to clean between teeth better, don’t forget to keep flossing!
