Great for recipes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love artichokes! I don’t generally buy canned vegetables because I prefer fresh ones, however if I do Del Monte is one of my go-to brands. I find these are good for recipes that require this ingredients, for instance if you’re making a dip they are easier to use than fresh artichokes. The texture was good!

Haven’t seen it much in stores, good to know this brand had them. I use a few of their canned veggies. I look forward to using these to make stuffed artichokes of my own.

Yummy artichoke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Del Monet fresh cut whole artichoke hearts free from Influenster in exchange for my honest feedback. I am a huge fan of canned vegetables. They are easy to cook, store and have a long shelf life. To make them taste the best I like to cook them on the stove top. I open the can and pour the veggies and juice in a sauce pan. Then I like to add salt, pepper and butter. I let simmer on low for five minutes and they are ready to eat! Easy and delicious side dish for dinner!
