Relief!
My dentist recently recommended I look into a mouth guard because I clench my teeth at night—something that’s been causing me frequent headaches and dental issues (hello, future crown!). After doing a lot of research, I came back to this one mainly because it was available same day—and I needed a solution fast.
I was a bit nervous going in, especially since I have a small mouth and very sensitive teeth and gums. Thankfully, the directions were clear and easy to follow. I used the stovetop method to mold it. During the molding process, I did feel some pressure on my gums and a little irritation, which made me worry it might not work out. Also, getting the guard out of the plastic form was slightly tricky—I didn’t want to force it and risk breaking it.
Once I had it molded and fitted, it definitely took some time to get used to. But here’s the amazing part: today was the first time in a very, very long time that I didn’t wake up with a headache, and my teeth aren’t tender. That alone makes it worth it.
So far, this mouth guard is a winner for me. I would (and will!) recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I have never used a mouth guard and this was amazing. Formed for you, easy to create the mold, simply done and a comfortable fit. My daughter and myself love ours. We bit our tongue while sleeping due to anxiety or stress.

This has worked VERY well on my jaw that was starting to hurting from me clenching it at night. Just take your time in warming it up correctly and not moving your teeth while creating the mold of your teeth.

Easy to shape to your mouth/teeth. Stays put at night. I bought this to replace mine that was made at dentist office years ago that was accidently thrown away.
Its very difficult to trim if needed. Mine was causing sore spots from rubbing. That is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars

Overall, pretty good. Not so much for the back teeth/ molars if that’s an issue. I feel the device needs to be a little longer. It does the job otherwise.
