I do recommend this powder. I’ve never used anything like this before and I made the mistake of mixing it with a cold drink and it clumped up so don’t do that but I did it with like a warm fruit punch and it taste really good that way. at first it kinda taste like Jell-O mix before you put it in the refrigerator and baby formula but you get used to it. It’s really not that bad.

No taste, no additives; just the collagen peptides. Can add to anything without changing flavor/texture nor ingesting something those mixed protein drinks put in their concoctions that you really don’t need nor want. I use in a.m. coffee – fingernails and hair, etc. are happy I do 🙂
