Try to use as soon as possible symptoms of cold or flu. IMO It helps shorten illness and speeds up recovery time. I remind my parents to take when they get ill 😷

This Equate Vitamin C supplement is a powder with all the most important minerals and vitamins needed for the day. It mixes well in water or in juice. The number of packets is perfect for one a day/ for a whole month>(30). And the price is 1/3 of some other brands and they only have 10 per box.

I love having these immune boosters in the house when it comes to cold and flu season or if you are just feeling a bit run down other times of the year.
Easy to mix, easy to drink, they taste simply fine, and I love using them to keep me feeling at my peak of physical health, they are astounding! Plus, they are better priced than the name brand stuff and work just as well! Lovely!

I use one of these Vit-C packets every morning mixed with the Walmart Clear American Black Cherry Sparkling Water and an Orange Dreamsicle flavored Reign. Don’t judge…it’s delicious! And I must say that I’m one of the few people at work that rarely gets sick. Everyone else can be hacking, sniffling and carrying on, and here I am enjoying my morning concoction without a care in the world. Enjoy!
The only downside I’ll give is that sometimes some of the packets are hard as a rock. Maybe too must moisture was in the powder before it was sealed? Don’t know. It will still dissolve, but not as much as the actual powder.

Walmart version of Emergen-C with zinc at a more reasonable price.
Suggest you add to a cup of hot water as it dissolves better. In cold water the taste is bitter unless you add juice. When you are exposed to sick people or feel like you are coming down with a cold; drink 1 of these. All my physicians reccomend.
