This equate reliable protection grind. no more classic dental guard. seems like it will be great. was in need of a dental guard due to some teeth grinding I’ve been doing. this was easy to get started with and seems like it’s going to do. the trick. says it’s designed to be used up to 3 months but I’m hoping it will last longer.

I got this product to stop grinding my teeth at night, especially when stressed. It’s been working very well! You just heat the plastic dental guards up one time. Then you bite down on them to shape them to your teeth. As a result, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Easy to follow directions
These looked a little narrow for my mouth, it they needed up fitting nicely. I have a habit of spitting out my guards when sleeping, so the fact that these fit to my mouth makes that happen less. I felt that all the fitting instructions were actually helpful and made the process easy. The storage case is a great bonus and a nice way to help keep the guards clean.

Very easy to use dental guard to help with teeth grinding. The directions are straightforward and it was simple to mold. My dentist said that I had been grinding my teeth and had recommended I get something to help and as I would not be able to get in for a fitted one for a few months, I tried this one. My jaw was significantly better the next morning after wearing it with no headache. A good product for an affordable price.

Great for the price
I previously spent hundreds of dollars on a mouth guard from my dentist. Unfortunately that one was lost and I couldn’t stomach spending that much again. I went without until trying out this version. For a fraction of the price it works almost as well!

Good for Aiding with Nighttime Grinding
These are great for my nighttime grinding of my teeth. It bothers me every night, but with these, they seem to help. They fit well, they were quite easy to conform to the shape of my teeth, and they should last a long while since they are made from higher quality materials. I like that they came in a two-pack, which makes it more bang for your buck, which is always nice.

Overall, this product is worth the ticket price. For less than the cost of the brand name comparison product, you receive two dental guards instead of just one. It is quick, easy, and straightforward to use, and the rubber guards even have an indent for the front teeth to more easily align them for fitting.
