Best Sugar Free BBQ Sauce I’ve Found
I’ve been a skeptic of most bbq sauces for a long time. After traveling all over the country and learning what good bbq really is, I fell in love with Memphis style bbq. But it was hard to find anything close. Then I found an excellent sauce in Sweet Baby Ray’s, but have developed health problems and could no longer have sugar or high fructose corn syrup in my diet and couldn’t eat it anymore. So, I started looking for a sugar free alternative. Most of what’s out there is ridiculously expensive and doesn’t taste very good. Even the recipes for homemade aren’t good. They don’t even taste like bbq, but people settle for them because they can’t have sugar. Then I found G Hughes and have been very pleased. It’s the best sugar free bbq sauce I’ve found and it’s reasonably priced. In fact, I would rate it as one of the better bbq sauces you can buy with or without sugar. This has allowed me to once again have bbq that I’ve missed so much.

Excellent product cannot find in the store.
This sugar free BBQ sauce is very difficult to find in the Walmart store, so we bought 16 bottles of it online with free shipping. It is an excellent product for persons on a sugar free diet and ordering it online avoids the torture of going to the Walmart store and dealing with underpaid, overworked and over stressed employees.

This is the *BEST* low carb sugar free BBQ sauce I’ve had yet! It tastes like a sugared sauce! I love it in my homemade meatloaf and putting on chicken, pulled pork, etc. I just wish I could buy it in the store instead of having to order it online. (Hint hint, Walmart!)

Great sauce, period
Nowadays there are a lot of good bbq sauces on the market and it’s not difficult to find good bbq sauce. But to find sugar free is about impossible, so to have access to the G Hughes is a huge plus for those of us watching our sugar intake.
On top of that, it’s actually really good bbq sauce, it doesn’t feel like I’m sacrificing flavor here to get sugar-free. I wish more companies would offer sugar-free, with the sweeteners available now, I have no idea why more don’t offer it. I also wish my local Walmart stocked this sauce, but at least I was able to get it online.

In keeping with the spirit of comparing apples to apples, this BBQ sauce is amazing. However, if I were to compare it to a regular, sugar added, sauce, it wouldn’t rate as high.
For those that need a zero sugar sauce I highly recommend any of this brands lines. I put it on all my BBQ and am quite pleased with it.
I have added a picture. The top rack of ribs is with G Hughes BBQ sauce while the lower half is a recipe that has lots of sugars. Both slabs were finished off pretty fast and everyone liked both flavors. Hope this helps.

Best sugar free brand
One of the things I missed the most while trying to control my type2 diabetes was not being able to eat BBQ because of all the sugars in most sauces. G. Hughes has solved that problem for me. I can now enjoy my BBQ chicken and other meats again.
I love the hickory flavor and it is not as spicy as most brands, just a great hickory taste with none of the negatives.

So when I brought this I was skeptical however, after trying it, this is one of the best sugar-free barbecue sauces I’ve ever had. I’m not going back to regular barbecue sauce I hope and pray this one never disappears.

Great flavored BBQ sauce
This is definitely for those who have to watch their sugar intake such as diabetics and those on a diet. Hard to tell the difference from regular bbq sauce.
