This white chocolate has a wonderful flavor. It is sweet and creamy without being super sweet. I purchased another brand of baking white chocolate at the same time to compare. There is no comparison. The other was *eww* and this one is *yum*! Plan to make white chocolate hot cocoa.

Great for baking/decorating
I purchased this to use for dipping marshmallows for a Valentine’s treat. This chocolate melted well in the microwave and I tinted it pink with some red food coloring. It tasted great and also set up really well when it cooled. Perfect for what I needed it for.

My mistake , white chocolate bars cut and in the measure cups. Microwave made plastic measure cups to burn. Throw away

I purchased two of these white chocolate bars as a special treat. I love white chocolate! The flavor and texture of this brand was very nice. It was creamy and smooth. The price is pretty expensive for just a small amount so I get it for special moments every now and then.

I use this brand mainly for my pastries. A white chocolate ganache for my white chocolate raspberry cheesecake works well I’ve tried other brands and this one definitely is the better choice for me. It’s little for pricey but worth it
