Great Taste, Great Taste and Great Taste
These wafers are the absolute best tasting “white” chocolate I’ve had the pleasure to use. No tempering, no pot watching- they’re perfect. Plus, bonus… they make my candy taste really great. I’m in love with this “white” chocolate- “white” just means it’s cocoa fat without the cocoa that gives it color.

I used this chocolate to dip strawberries! They turned out great. Super easy – just make sure the berries are dry before dipping. One package covered about a quart and a half of strawberries- dipped halfway.

Perfect for oreo balls
Bought these during the pre-Christmas buying rush. I was looking for white and milk chocolate melting wafers for oreo balls… they had this brand in white chocolate, but I had to buy a different brand in milk chocolate. The result was striking: the white chocolate ones turned out pristine… the milk chocolate ones were a DISASTER. This chocolate melts perfectly and holds its shape once it cools. No clumps, no giant messes. The flavor is great. Ghirardelli hits it out of the park once again in the chocolate game.
