Awesome tea, great price!!!
There’s only one thing I do NOT like about this tea, nothing to do with the actual tea — it has to do with the tiny staples used! Do NOT use in microwave!!!

100% Black Tea ingredients
This Great Value Black Tea is great because it is full of flavor. It is the tea I always have known and it is no less flavorful. The price is nice and low for the amount of tea–compares to economy, value store brands in other grocery stores. Used to buy from local supermarket, 300 tea bags for low price, a nice tasting, strong flavorful tea. Suddenly, that price went up, so I tried the same in a 100 bag box, and was startled to notice a huge loss of flavor, too. Decided it could be there is less Black Tea and increase in the Orange Pekoe Tea since both were in that kind’s ingredients. I am very happy to find Great Value tea at Walmart says Black Tea on box and ingredients say only Black Tea so I can drink flavorful glass of ice tea again! Thank you Walmart.

Even better than I thought it would be
I’ve been a tea drinker all my life, but was only drinking ‘instant’ tea during my working years as I just didn’t have the time to enjoy a nice cup of hot tea. At the store I discovered many different brands of bagged tea to choose from and decided to give Great Value a try because I like so many other Great Value brand items. I’m really glad I did as this tea is a good tasting tea and it wakes me up in the morning. It’s not a highly aromatic tea and it doesn’t have any distinct notes of any kind other than black tea. But for the price, it gets the job done.
The best way to brew your hot tea by hand is not to plop the tea bag into the cup and let it sit there, but dip it in and out of the hot water until you get just the right strength of tea for your tastes. The first time I drank this tea, I dipped it too many times and it was so strong it tasted bitter. So I thought I had made a mistake in purchasing this tea. But I decided to try a second cup and didn’t make it quite so strong and that’s when I discovered what a nice cup of tea this brand can make.

This tea is as good as Scottish Tea that I spent $4.00 for 24 tea bags for. It is so good!!! I use 4 tea

A good overall inexpensive black tea. Use it to make ice tea, good quality, not Twinnings but price is just right. Only issue I have is each tea bag is packaged individually in a paper envelope which is aggravating when trying to hurry and make a (basket 8-10) brew for ice tea.

Easy to use and comparable flavor
These were easy to use and the flavor was nice. Each was individually wrapped with an attached string to the bags and a paper tag on the end. Sometimes the tag comes off unexpectedly. I am planning on buying these again in the future.
