Works with powdered milk
Easy for me to make, just stirring and chilling. Little crystals from not using a mixer will dissolve overnight. Rich chocolate flavor, almost as good as the real thing my mom used to make but not as thick, the cups used to form a skin on top overnight. This formula does not do that. I have a feeling this will not make a good pie filling, needs the old version that requires cooking for that.
