Just As Good If Not Better Than Brand Name. Buy It
No different than name brand. If anything this is even better. Cannot say that about everything Great Value. But I definitely recommend buying this cheaper version over the name brands of this.

Delicious M I put it on garlic bread, roasted potatoes, salads, pizza, pretty much everything. The larger container is worth it. Keep it in the refrigerator, and it will last forever. Not that it lasts that long in my house.

“Grate” bargain; wish they had Parm-Romano 16 oz
My husband and I use so much grated Parmesan, both as seasoning and in recipes, that I was glad to see Walmart’s brand in this economy size. I do wish that Walmart also offered a Parmesan-Romano combo in the 16 ounce size — or better yet, a 3-cheese variety (Parmesan-Romano-Asiago) like one of Walmart’s local grocery competitors in my area does. But hey, I’m not complaining. I will continue to buy this.

This is delicious, tastes just like the name brand beginning with a four letter K word. I’ve had both and cannot tell them apart from each other. You should try it, too.

That’s right.
So, you’re sometimes getting name brand products without the name brand name and name brand price attached to them. You’re getting Great Value price for the name brand product. (I love finding these)

Great Taste
I used to buy the 8 oz. version of this product for years (it wasn’t available in the 16 oz. size), but it vanished from my local store a while ago. I was SO happy to see it on this site, and even happier to see that the 16 oz. size was such a great buy!! Highly recommend this product if you love the flavor of Parmesan in soups and sauces!!

Quality and affordable
I was buying name brad parm in bags that were very expensive. I tried other cheaper brands that were less than desirable and a waste of money. So glad we gave this a try, it is now the only one I buy.

I am 78 and not so fleet of foot anymore. When younger, I would go to the Italian Market pick a nice chunk of Pecoring Roman, have them grate it and it was smashing. Ordering your 1 lb. jar of Parm proves to be much easier and it is almost as good. On the whole it’s a great purchase and the Ol’SouthernGent is happy.

Good Substitute
I did like this cheese, ti’s a good quality and you can’t beat the price. I have to admit that I like the name brand flavor a little more than this but you really can’t beat this price and it’s almost as good as the name brand. If you’re on a budget like I am this is a fantastic substitute.
