Delicious grated Parmesan!
I use it on everything!! From salads, to seafood, eggs, you name it. It tastes good! Parmesan is aged cheese, which is actually very beneficial to the intestinal flora. Which good microbes are linked to a healthy immune system.
Sadly, as everything else has increased in price, so has this. But it’s worth it.
