So, I think the reviews on this are a little harsh. This is a good jerky. It’s soft enough that I don’t have to borderline break my teeth to eat it. It’s not overly salty or peppered. It’s a little sweet but not quite teriyaki. I eat very high protein diet and this serving only has 4 carbs, for a good price! I do recommend this jerky. No Smokey flavor just fyi. People who give this bad reviews are probably people who can afford artisan jerky.

this is my new favorite us to be the teriyaki but to strong mess my stumic up so now My favorite is original flavor good and juicy and tender not tuff on your teeth like some beef jerky

Great economical option, rarely any issues
This is a great economical option for beef jerky. I’m sensitive to meat textures so occasionally I’ll get a batch that has more fat in it. That might not be an issue for most people but that’s just my own issue. Most of the time though I get nice big pieces of low-fat protein jerky pieces and I will continue to buy this brand.

OK…I splurged! I’ve always loved jerky even back to the early sixties when it was FREE in Snowflake AZ. But the price really makes me pause and cringe. BUT this brand is SO danged good. And it is reasonable compared to the other brands. So take my advice…for THIS PRICE go ahead you won’t be sorry.!!
