Love it.
Great to use if you want to make your own low cost shake and bake, seasoned the way you like. Great for making Turkey meatloaf and turkey burgers. it helps hold the turkey pattiies together. only one downside. the amount of sodium. But you can just hold out some of the sodium from your recipe.

Economical, long shelf life
The house brand of the plain stuff seems to be the best. It is not entirely “plain” as it has salt in it, so one should watch how much more salt to add. For occasional use it is excellent. It has amazing shelf life. My box has expiration date two years down the road.

Two reasons to buy GV bread crumbs…no flavor so you can make it any flavor desired….and the price is terrific. The texture is what you expect from breadcrumbs….not powder-like, but grainy. Most GV products are great.
