GU Energy Gel – Vanilla Bean
I like to use this gel before a 5k. It has amino acids, electrolytes, and caffeine. Vanilla is my favorite flavor, along with salted caramel. If you are caffeine sensitive, you probably want to avoid this product.

it’s good! as good as energy gels get anyway. none are what you would call delicious but they give you a boost on a long run and that’s the point. i like vanilla so this i would purchase again.

The flavor and consistency was good. I liked that there was 20 mg of caffeine for an energy boost. The gu was sweeter than I expected the first time I tried it.
