I actually got this for bladder leaks, who wants to keep using liners? They’re extremely comfortable. Sit below the belly button so can wear with anything but still covers so not constantly fighting to keep them in place. Just a great fit. The material is stretchy, holds you in a little. The only cons I can think of maybe would be the line across the back. If you look at a normal pair of panties where the seam is across the back, these have a thicker seam a little above that. So might show under tight, thin clothing. Also on protection, Wal-Mart doesn’t offer the heavy leak, here anyway, and I would have loved to try those.

let me just say i have a heavy period thats been a big struggle with just about anything. i had to switch to more natural or reusable products after finding out i have an allergy to the glue on most pads. i have had nothing but trubbles with tampons cuts, disks, pads the whole line up. but this! i have no issues no problems its comfortable and easy to use love these! highly recommend for heavy to light flows!

Affordable
They feel a little awkward at first but I am happy. They are great for what I bought them for. The price was affordable unlike some of the other brands I looked at. Awful what some of those other companies are charging. I will probably buy more so I have a week’s worth at least. I would recommend trying this brand.

Better than pads
Was having a lot of coughing and was peeing a little each time. Tired of wearing pads, I ordered these. Love them. I wear a size 18 pants and ordered size 3X due to sizing chart. They fit great. That’s the reason I said they run small.

You cannot go by the measurement charts, If I went by that I would be wearing a size 10 instead I am comfortably wearing a size 8 with room to spare! the leg openings are a little too big and the torso is too long for my body style. Other than that they are quite comfortable.

Work as advertised
Use them when I need them because other, higher quality brands are too expensive. The Hanes ones work as advertised with zero issues. Four stars because Walmart doesn’t carry colors and because the padding seem is right where I sit down and after a while it starts to dig in and hurt my bottom.
