Not only were they shipped in individual plastic bags but they were in a box as well which helped with keeping them from popping. The product is nice and thick on the hand, smooth against hair, it smells wonderful, and the results last up to three days. If you have issues with dry scalp or dandruff this is a good option in my opinion.
