The chocolate cake recipe on the can is the absolute best chocolate cake I’ve ever had in my life! It is also the moistest cake I’ve ever had. You’ll need a glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream to go with it. Also, go to Hershey’s website and get the recipe for chocolate crackle cookies. The best chocolate cookies ever! A Natural Food
Cocoa was the staple of my childhood. My mom added hot milk and some sugar and the most delicious, cheapest and most healthful food was created. I use cocoa in my coffee with a touch of cinnamon and do not need the syrup used in the most expensive coffee shops. (You know whom I am talking about). Cocoa also is used to make the most famous and delicious chocolate cake which is the Hershey’s Chocolate cake from the 1930’s. It can be used as well to make pudding and frosting. The best thing about unsweetened cocoa is that you add the sugar or artificial sweetener to your own taste which you cannot do with the sweetened hot chocolate mixtures. There should be more information given to the younger generation many of whom do not know what pure cocoa is. Hershey’s Company take note.

The Best Hot Chocolate
Although frequently used for baking, and usually found in the baking goods section of stores rather than the hot chocolate section, when this is combined with instant dry milk or fresh milk and Truvia / stevia, this makes amazing hot chocolate.

We only use Hershey’s cocoa (Natural Unsweetened and Special Dark), it’s affordable and tastes good! For a great hot cocoa, mix 2 tbsp. Hershey’s cocoa with 1 cup hot milk and a little bit of sugar – great for cold winter nights and mornings!
