Yum… Even added to soup in my crockpot overnight… Not enough room in my freezer for hash browns patties anymore so tried these! Quell surprise! I love hash browns and these are my absolute favorite. I love the texture that these rehydrated potatoes give. Even though they’re thinly sliced, they never come out mushy and need way less oil to cook. I actually prefer these over Waffle House hash browns
