Buy the Regular Icy Hot, NOT THE EXTRA STRENGTH!!!
This Icy Hot is so much better than the Extra Strength Icy Hot that is advertised. I’ve tried both, and the regular takes it all the way to the bank! DO NOT BUY THE EXTTRA STRENGTH!!! (Unless you just enjoy wasting all the EXTRA money you have> Then it’s up to you.) The only product I can remember that worked better than the regular Icy Hot was called “Deep Heat.” No longer available that I’m aware. So….You’re Welcome?! LOL!

I have a total knee. replacement and. a bar that goes from my. hip to my knee and haven’t found anything that would take the pain away yet until I have found this product and I will love it to death and I would not go for anything other than this product thank you very much for the this product keep it up thank you very much

Stops Pain On Contact!
SO glad to find this at Walmart reasonably priced. I’ve used this for over 7 years for an Achilles issue I won’t go into. The point is that it works on contact. I usually roll this over my ankle for an hour and let it absorb and put a sock over it then lift it on some pillows. Then soak it in an Epson salt bath. Stretch my ankle a bit and tape it (like my Dr. showed me) and take a few Ibuprofen. You don’t use this Icy Hot under tape, since it will irritate and possibly rip your skin. It works wonders and is not messy and you don’t get it on your hands and clothes, great applicator! The icy and hot sensation dulls the pain and I can keep on going!
