Awesome mashed potatoes! These are literally ready in about 2 minutes and taste wonderful on their own. You honestly do not have to add butter to these. You could just sprinkle on a little salt because they are already buttery. They are also really good with gravy if you make it.

I grew up in a large poor family and mama used dried mashed potato mixes back then that were horrible tasting. I was reluctant to try these but Idahoan mixes are fabulous; I can’t tell the difference between homemade and these packets. I highly recommend them to everyone.
