I haven’t been using this on all of my little ones since they were really small. I just recently rebought it for my 3-year-old who has allergies and a stuffy nose. it does seem to help. but I also recommend following up with a fix rub for kids to be used after bath time and before bedtime.

the johnson’s soothing vapor bath is a winner in my opinion.it has a very light scent mot overpowering as some others are.i used it myself and enjoyed a peaceful relaxing bath. the bubbles were a bonus. i would highly recommend this product for your little ones when they are feeling under the weather.

When I’m getting a cold I take a hot vapor bath with epsom salt and wintergreen alcohol and usually stops it in a couple of days. Afterwards do not go outside so cover up and sweat it out.
