Lightly sweetened and delicious. I thought I would have to add sugar but I didn’t have to.
I love it. I use lactose skim milk with it and put it in the microwave to warm it up a little. I’m using it today as a colon cleanser. After sitting in milk, it gets a little soggy but kind of crunchy. I will buy it again.
