    Great lower calorie option!
Happened to find this product (the non lite version) by accident at my local Walmart. Had never heard of this brand but was looking for something different to try and selected this. We ate this not only on salads, but also on chicken, french fries, hamburgers and any number of other items where you might need to dip them in something. Now that we’ve found this lite version we’ve switched over and we find the taste to be just as good and don’t feel like we are missing out. We still use it on everything that we used the regular version for.

This is terrific dressing, great on salads, sandwiches, as a dip. So flavorful, you would never guess it’s lite.

  3. Shopper1066

Great as a dip or on sandwiches
Does not taste like a ‘light’ version. Perfect for a dip for chicken tenders, sweet potato fries, etc. Very pleased

    my new favorite
i always order the honey mustard dressing at perkins, so i decided to try this. it tastes pretty much the same; i really like it. you don’t need much so it’s good calorie-wise. i like it on a salad but also as a dip with pretzels, for example. plus the squeeze top is great — it allows a fine stream of dressing to pour out so you don’t use as much and you can direct it where you want it instead of a big glob’s coming out uncontrollably. you can use it right to the bottom instead of having to turn the bottle upside down and wait. priced reasonably.

    Ken’s honey mustard yumminess 🙂
My family loves this stuff. The bottles are huge, which is a plus. This “lite” version is more tangy and less sweet than the regular version, but it’s still pretty darn good. The regular version tastes the same as Friendly’s honey mustard. I put this on burgers, chicken tenders, even on pizza…LOVE IT!

    A Very Versatile Condiment
This dressing is not just for salad and chicken nuggets. Try it as a dip for pretzels, or a condiment for corned beef sandwiches. Mix 1-1/2 cups honey mustard dressing with a mixture of 1 cup Kosher horseradish, 1 cup finely minced Vidalia onions, 2 finely minced cloves elephant garlic and 2 Tbsps chopped fresh or 1 Tbsp dried dill. Add a few splashes of your favorite dry red wine to the aforementioned mixture to create a snappy 10-minute marinade for pre-baked pot roast. Trim the fat from the baked roast. Use a grilling fork to uniformly pierce the sides of each resulting piece of meat. Pour the marinade over the meat and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes,. Sear each piece of meat till the sides are crisp using a clean pan or griddle coated with a mixture of 2 cups balsamic vinegar and 1 cup sesame oil, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1-1/2 Tsp finely ground Himalayan salt. Quickly and gently hand-shred the roast into bite-sized pieces and serve atop piping hot Basmati rice.
(Note: The marinade recipe works best using freshly baked pot roast as opposed to leftovers.)

    Fantastic!!!!!
Wow! This is the best dipping sauce Ever. I’m not as into Ken’s salad dressing. Instead, I use Ken’s Dipping Sauce Lite as my salad dressing. The taste isn’t quite as sharp and vinegary. Since vinegar bothers my stomach this dipping sauce fulfills all my needs by having less vinegar. I use it on practically everything!. I have 6 bottles in the cupboard right now!

Dip, dressing, condiment and just delicious!
Ever had a favorite honey mustard dip in a restaurant (perhaps with your favorite poultry nuggets)? This has that kind of flavor and texture: sweet and mustardy without being overpowering; thick enough to use as a dip or condiment, but not so thick that you couldn’t potentially use it as a salad dressing. But it’s a lite formula, so you can indulge without feeling too guilty! If there was a con it’s that they use yellow no. 5. Isn’t mustard yellow enough?

    Love this stuff
I love honey mustard dressing, my favorite is Quiznos. I have tried several in store purchases trying to match it and this is the best I have found. I use it on salads and sandwiches. It is a little thin but I can live with that because it tastes great.
