This is the sauce you need
since I left AZ in the early 90’s there was this chain called Tokyo Express that had the best teriyaki chicken and rice EVER. I have spent forever trying to find a sauce or even replicate it. I don’t live near any Japanese restaurants or anything like that but this sauce is it. I have the the dry rub too. what I do is cut up the meat (any actually) sprinkle the dry rub with 1/4 of Moore’s marinate but soy sauce with brown sugar could work as well squirt a small amount of this and let it marinate. then fry it up serve over Japanese rice and amazing! definitely a must! this will be a staple in my home!

Good, Versatile Sauce
This sauce is good. A little bit goes a long way. I used it with a fresh vegetable stir-fry. I wish Walmart would allow shoppers to rate normal package delivery and not just store delivery. Normally, it gets on my nerves when people discuss their order experience in a review. However, this sauce and two packs of White Chocolate Fudge Oreos were so carefully packaged together. I wish there was a way to let that associate know I appreciate the care in packaging (correct-sized box with big bubble wrap so there was no movement during shipping). The chips I ordered at the same time that were shipped received less care when packaged (bigger box with brown craft paper).

Pefrect Umami Taste
