Good quality and tasty chilies. The cans contain more actual chipotles than other brands that I had tried that contained the sauce, but was lacking on the chiles.

Spice up any dish
By adding a very small amount of Costena Chipotle to soups or almost anything it will spice up the dish. Chipotles are merely roasted Jalapeños but the roasting process not only turns them red, it also increases the heat by a large amout and adds a smoky flavor. Excellent flavour but use sparingly.
