Try it!!!!!
I have cancer and need to stay hydrated. I bought it hoping it was good. I got the lemon lime flavor and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It tastes really good, keeps me hydrated, and leaves no nasty aftertaste. I don’t like the artificial sweetener taste most of these drinks have but this one does not have that. I have not tried the other flavors because right now my taste is off for certain flavors. I just bought my second box and will continue to use this. I am so glad I tried it. Even my last blood work showed no sign of dehydration which was a first for me, that’s just how good this works. Before I had been using the other two brands but still was dehydrated. Liquid IV resolved it!

Worth the money! Hydration is a huge factor in the way you feel on a daily basis. Just one of these a day, improved the way I feel tremendously, and the yuzu pineapple flavor is an energy multiplier also, 100mg of caffeine per serving. $10 for a 6 pack, along with water, makes it about as expensive as an energy drink, but much much better for you health wise.

Flavor spot on, but too salty.
As far as taste to the actual popsicle brand, it is spot on, personally, I would not buy again compared to the other flavors that liquid IV offers. To me this flavor tastes too salty.

Electrolytes are essential these days for the overall function of the body. So many foods drain us of the proper nutrients we need in order to function. That’s why taking electrolytes with other minerals are vital for good health. I did get a surge of energy from taking Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolyte Powder however, my only draw back is that I wish it also had magnesium in it and less sugars. Outside of it does what’s intented.
