Excellent for baking and candy making
LorAnn cinnamon oil is terrific for using in baked goods and for making candy. I used this to flavor a spice cake, and a little bit (drops rather than teaspoonsful) goes a long way! I also used this in some hard candy for the holidays – one teaspoonful flavored over a pound of hard candy, and the kitchen smelled amazing after it was added to the hot syrup. These flavoring oils are a must for anyone who is a food crafter!

powerful cinnamon flavor, used a few drops to flavor my coffee, full of great cinnamon taste. I added some sugar and milk with the flavoring, then added brewed coffee, love the flavor andcwill purchase again! i think this would be great to flavor icing and other treats.

I know most people use this to make candy but the two weeks before Christmas I add apple juice orange slices and lemon slices whole cloves cinnamon sticks and one bottle of the cinnamon oil in the crockpot turned to keep warm all day it makes the whole house smell like Christmas
