Great for the undereyes!!!
I love this retinol, but not for my face but for my undereye. So far, this is the only retinol that has worked to lessen the lines under the eyes. I tried other retinol products, but they didn’t work as well as this one. I apply this right after I shower along with caffinee serum, vitamin C serum, and hylaronic gel; lastly, I put on an undereye mask on top. Then I would blow dry my hair; this will let all the serums and retinol sink into the undereye area for approx. 15-20 minutes, then just remove the eyemask and then do the rest of your facial routine, makeup, and so forth.

I’ve been using retinol for 10 years now, and I’ve tried various brands and types of serums. I’ve used this one for a year straight, is doesn’t give me any issues with my sensitive skin (rosacea, fragrance allergies), and it actually has enough retinol to make a difference. I’ve used retinol serums that had a higher percentage but didn’t work as well and made me break out because of the serum ingredients, this one is safe.

Truth in the first drop!
I was given the opportunity to test and review L’Oreal’s Revitalift Triple Power LZR 0.3% Pure Retinol Night Serum.
I love that this product is completely scent-free (which is uncharacteristic of most retinol based products, in my experience). The consistency is creamy, and it applied smoothly and easily with each use.
I began slowly and introduced the product into my nightly routine, twice a week. With each use, I applied to a clean and dry face, and followed up with my regular moisturizer and SPF during the day.
Upon initial use, I was impressed! The box states, “This serum remains potent and effective for visible results from the first drop […]” – And, this is true! I woke the first morning to a smoother and brighter complexion. With continued use, I’ve also noticed that my expressive (ha!) facial lines have reduced, especially around the bridge of my nose – Yay! 🙂
Unfortunately, just short of 3 weeks isn’t enough of a trial period to vouch for long-term results – But, I look forward to seeing the possible results to the last drop. 🙂
