Maxwell House Breakfast Blend has always been one of my favorite coffees. It has a light, smooth flavor without the bitterness that many other coffees have. Lately, I’ve had trouble finding it in stores, so I decided to try Folgers—but honestly, I found it pretty awful and ended up tossing it.
I usually prefer higher-quality coffee, like Door County Coffee, because of its rich and amazing taste. Of course, premium coffee comes at a higher price, so to save a little money, I’m going back to Maxwell House for now. While it’s not the most extraordinary coffee out there, it delivers great flavor for the price—and in my opinion, it’s far better than Folgers.

Dark and Smooth
The price is great on this 3-pk at 31.5 cents per cup. I do like Maxwell House Intense bold dark roast but was glad to try the dark silk dark roast. It makes delicious, smooth cold brew without the bitterness and I recommend this coffee! I received it in just a couple of days; nice not to have a long wait.

i use a percolator on my stove and this is by far the best coffee for that. ive tried many different brands and roasts over the years and none compare
