Garlic and Herb Seasoning is Awesome
I have yet to find any McCormick Seasoning that I didn’t like. I used the Roasted Garlic & Herb Grill Mates Seasoning on some BBQ Chicken and found the taste to be Awesome. This Seasoning is just perfect with the right blend of Garlic and Herb. If you are looking for a great tasting Seasoning, then put this on your shopping list for your next visit to Walmart and give it a try. A great seasoning
McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic Herb Seasoning is more than I expected. I wasn’t sure when I picked this seasoning, because I’m really picky about my garlic. At first I tried it on frozen french fries. I sprayed the fries with a butter spray and sprinkled on the seasoning, they were fantastic and they tasted like JoJo’s without being deep fried. Then I sprinkled some on a hamburger and grilled them. The flavor was so good you could taste the roasted garlic, but it wasn’t over powering it just melted all the flavors together perfectly. It’s a little more expensive than other seasonings, but my opinion it’s worth it. I wish it came in a bigger size because I’ve been using it on everything from eggs to a salad. I’ve been telling all my family and friends that they have to try this seasoning.

My husband and I eat a lot of chicken so we are always trying to find new ways to season it so that it doesn’t become boring. With this blend I have found I can roast, bake or grill over hot coals. I am all so going to try it on Pork Chops and I think it would go good on potatoes and onions cooked in butter. This blend of flavor is a must try.

Dress up your chicken
I am limited as to the amount of beef I can eat, thus I am doomed to eat a lot of chicken. I had gotten so board with chicken until I tried this rub. It has made chicken exciting again. I have simply rubbed on McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb Grill Mates and put on the bbq grill. I have liberally rubbed a chicken breast then wrapped it in foil and let it set in the refrigerator for about an hour, then put it on the grill or in the oven. Chicken always comes out tasty and never boring. My husband likes this mix on his steak as well.

Nice
This is good tasty stuff. It can be used to put on things that are already cooked, or to throw in soup and let it soften as it boils. Either way is has a nice flavor and is a great blend of herbs and spices. McCormick is probably my favorite brand of spices and the grill mates is a nice flavorful series.

Good universal boost for foods
This is a very flavorful and savory combination of herbs and spices. I can use this on almost any meat, especially poultry, and it comes out delicious. I find this particular blend to be a little coarsely ground, so sometimes I will run it through a pepper mill if I’m going to blend it into meat for flavoring. The chunky bits do make for an attractive plate.
The 2.75 oz. shaker is a generous size for the stovetop, and McCormick has minimized the number of mysterious ingredients in their blend, identifying what each non-spice item is for. They even manage to get some suggestions and a recipe for marinade in on the label.
The large holes in the shaker top are great for coarse ground spices, and I find myself putting a bit of this mixture on salads occasionally even. I do run it through a grinder…but that is just my preference. I have always trusted McCormick, and still do. Very tasty.

Excellent Seasoning for Chicken
You can never go wrong with the McCormick brand for seasoning and the Roasted Garlic & Herb grill mates is no exception. I used this to season my chicken and baked it in the oven instead of grilling it and I found the chicken to be tasty. I like garlic so I had no issues picking this flavor out. Sometimes if I have leftover baguette, I’ll slice them thinly and coat it with olive oil and generously sprinkle the McCormick Garlic & Herb seasoning on both sides of the bread. I bake it for about 20 minutes and I have a healthy snack for the kids.
