These little bars are great. I love the fruit and nuts. The pieces are large enough for you to actually know what you are eating. I have these in the morning when I take my medication as I have to eat somelthing with my meds.

I’ve tried several varieties of the Nature Valley brand, this is a good and healthy snack, it is not as sweet as the sweet an salty, with less calories. More moist than the oat bars, and has more nutrition. Supplies more vitamins and minerals, without as much sugar. Individually wrapped in a recloseable box. Keeps well unrefrigerated. Consistent flavor and freshness.
