    White Flour on bottom is Normal! They’re Unique!
    I’ve bought these buns about 5 times. They’re really tasty with a slight sweetness and nice doughy texture. I sometimes eat these plain. They’re not a typical hotdog bun, (which I like).
    I think they put some white powder/flour on the bottom of each bun (likely to prevent them from sticking to the pan while they’re baking). I think some people might be confusing that white powder/flour with mold. To avoid confusion, you (or the company that makes them) might want to have a picture on the front of the package (and/or on your website) that shows these buns are supposed to have such white flour on the bottom.

    BEST HANDS DOWN
    These are the best buns I’ve ever held or tasted. They hold a lot bc they are deep which is super nice. No other bun has this much depth and it’s not overly large. It’s perfect. The bread is buttery and very soft. Durable bread not thin and falling apart when you pull apart. Highly recommend. I’m shocked this has such low ratings.
