Great moisturizer and price!
Amazing moisturizer. I normally use a high end brand but after reading such positive reviews, I decided to give this moisturizer a try. It absorbs so well into my skin. I have combo skin and this doesn’t leave me feeling oily and addresses my issues with dryness in certain areas. Has not broke me out and the fact that it has an spf is an added bonus!

Magic for dry skin.
This is the best moisturizer I’ve ever used for my dry skin! My face just drinks it in. It’s a water gel moisturizer. It’s not thick and greasy and has a nice scent. The one I choose has an SPF rating of 25 which helps prevent damage from the sun too. A family member in her 70’s has severely dry facial skin and couldn’t find anything that helped. I gave her this as a gift and she was amazed and hooked. We both use nothing but this now. I’ve always liked Neutrogena products because of the quality but I think this is one of their best ones yet. I highly recommend it.

Just Discovered Best Skin Care Products
I am new to Neutrogena skin care. My dermatologist recommended I try the line because of my skin sensitivities. I have been using the Hydro Boost City Shield for about a month – and I LOVE it!!! Goes on light and not greasy. My skin really looks even and smooth. I added other products in this line to my daily routine and am so impressed… no redness or problems with the eye gel and the Water Gel Lotion. Thank You Neutrogena!!

I have very sensitive and acne prone skin, and this product worked on my skin. It was a little pricy, but worth the price; I only use this product for my self care days. I have brought many Neutrogena, this product is one of the best!

A hydrating SPF – perfect for cold temps!
I like the ‘feel’ of this cream. I wanted an SPF that wasn’t heavy but because I live in a cold climate during the winter months, I also needed it to deliver hydration – this fits my needs perfectly!

I have been using this for a while and really like it. I don’t think that you need a makeup primer when you use this moisturizer. It dries very quickly too so you don’t have to wait too long to put on your makeup. However, I just realized it had blue dye in it. There used to be one that is white so I think that I am going to switch to that one.
